"Robert recently assisted my family in selling a piece of land. He made sure that we understood every step of the process, from signing a contract with him to signing the closing documents with the buyer. There were a few changes that were needed along the way and Robert communicated to us as soon as he knew there might be changes and how we might be impacted. Once the changes to the contract were needed, he made sure we understood the changes, our options and the outcome of the changes. He went by my mom’s home several times to make sure she understood everything and he even drove to my brother’s place of employment so that he could sign a revised document. Robert is very easy to work with, while maintaining a level of integrity and compassion for his work and his customers. I would highly recommend him for any real estate services."

"I called Robert Woodson to inquire about a property he had listed. He informed me that the property was under contract with multiple offers; however, he spoke at length with me concerning the area and offered to send information via mail as well as set up a search program for us as we were out of state. I found him personable and professional and chose to look no further for a realtor.
My husband and I are relocating from Texas. Robert listened to our wants and needs in a home and community and steered us toward or away from areas that fit them or would not. His knowledge of the area was exceedingly helpful. We are both actively working and are unable to travel to North Carolina multiple times to find a home -especially in a hot market where houses have offers in hours, attend inspections, and meet with engineers etc. Robert represented us multiple times when we could not be present, meeting the schedule of others involved in the process.
We cannot say enough good things about Robert. We trusted him enough to put offers in on homes we had not seen personally. While we hit snags along the way with failed inspections and failed offers, we were able to find a home that we visited in person that felt like "the one". Being shell shocked from previous deals, Robert was patient with us and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the home before finalizing the offer. We are excited to have just closed on our beautiful WNC home and consider Robert Woodson not just a GREAT realtor, but a friend we feel fortunate to have made."
