"Ryan Mullikin is hands down the best Realtor I have ever had the chance to work with. I moved to Fargo with no knowledge of the Real Estate Market in the area, He has a decade of experience in the Fargo/Moorhead market, and it was very beneficial to me. It was also my first time building a home and Ryan was with me every step of the way. He was quick to answer questions, He was not afraid to be honest with me when he needed to be. He was able to help secure the exact home that was on my wish list without going out of my budget, I would not have been able to secure my home purchase without his assistance. Ryan always kept me updated at every step throughout the home building process. I cannot thank him enough for everything that he did for me, He left absolutely nothing to be desired and I could not be happier with his work. Even after the home purchase was completed, he continued to check in with me during the post home buying period. "I'm completing this survey on behalf of my Mom, Marionnette, who's property in rural Glyndon, Ryan Mullikin from Beyond Realty sold for her. Ryan was recommended to Mom from a friend that she trusts. Ryan was always very professional, willing to answer questions and meet with my Mom to go over any concerns she had. He was dedicated and had my Mom's best interest at heart throughout the entire selling process.
The family was very impressed on how the entire sale process was handled. The photographs taken of the home, property and drone photographs were excellent. Ryan always communicated what was taking place so the family knew what was going on.
To me and my family, Ryan full fills all of the above characteristics. He was very patient and dedicated with Mom. He would communicate with me, via text messages and/or phone calls so I was always aware of the progress. Ryan shows his true dedication and knowledge.
I would recommend Ryan and Beyond Realty to anyone searching for a real estate agent.

"We have worked with a few realtors over the years and can say without any hesitation that Ryan Mullikin was the absolute best we have worked with.
We had our lake home on the market all last summer without any success. In the following spring, we listed our lake home with Ryan and it sold in 3 months due to Ryan’s excellent negotiating skills!
Ryan is very professional, good listener, respectful, responds quickly, great sense of humor, down to earth, takes care of all the small details, a man of his word, knows his profession very well and he went above and beyond his realtor hat! Ryan also is very much in tune to the ‘non-verbal’s and observes very well and closely in what you are looking for.
Ryan presented other options that previously we did not consider, (and not really open to at first) but as it turns out his continued efforts lead us to our new home where we are very content and settling in.
There simply is not in our mind a better realtor than Ryan Mullikin. And cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work, patience, and kindness towards us.
