"Worked with Sean Ryan previously when buying my house. Had a positive experience and he made the experience for a first time buyer very easy. When selling my home, it was an easy decision to go with Sean, again, and he did a fantastic job coming up with an effective strategy and marketing my home. Once again made the process very easy!
The sales process was quick and easy. Was originally toying with the idea of selling and after a conversation with Sean, my home was listed and sold a few weeks later. Sean put together a great strategy to market the house, and we were overwhelmed with the number of showings from the moment the house went on the market. Sean did great job talking me through the process, going through the multiple offers received to help decide the best offer, and supporting negotiations on the to do list from the buyer inspection. Overall, Sean was there to support me from the beginning of the sale through closing."

"From the day we decided to use Sean and his team to the day were through with our home sale, we couldn't have created a more perfect process than Sean did. He was always responsive to our needs and our emotions. He was professional with all that was sent his way and he handled it all with precision and grace. We sold our home during the covid19 pandemic and Sean went above what we thought were his duties and he adapted seamlessly to the fearful environment that the pandemic created. For example he voluntarily had a 3D tour filmed and uploaded so that our home could be virtually viewed from all angles, he adhered to the guidelines of the PA real-estate board, and he was always courteous and conscientious of our family's well being and safety. Even with the odds stacked against him, he still got our property sold and did it with a positive attitude. We are grateful to have had Sean and his team behind us all the way through the process and cant thank him/them enough for their wonderful job. His expertise helped ensure we paid, what I strongly believe, was a fair price for our second home. I also believe his knowledge in real estate negotiations prevented us from making, what could have been, a few costly mistakes along the way.
I’ve used Sean in the past and my experience has been this same. This recent transaction was particularly stressful considering settlement was unexpectedly scheduled for the day after my wife gave birth to our newest addition to the family.
