"We started the home buying process and a relative had recommended Sara. We were prepared for the home buying process to take some time (we both were very stubborn on what we wanted our future house to have and location of the home) and Sara was very willing to still take us on as clients. Sara was very knowledgeable and thorough when we started looking at homes and has a great eye for detail. She would point out areas in homes that could be potential concerns, items to think about and the positives that each home could offer. We both found that very helpful and informative as a prospective buyer. We ended up finding a house we both loved in a matter of days and Sara helped us get the wheels in motion in a very short time frame as the house ended up with multiple offers. She was able to help us seal the deal and we got our dream home!
Sara then helped us get our house ready to go on the market. She gave recommendations and was able to help us stage it to appeal to buyers. Our home also ended up with multiple offers and sold in just 24 hours! Sara then went to work helping us complete final projects on both homes and was absolutely fantastic in getting companies and bids set up for us. That level of service was very much appreciated as we both work at very busy jobs and it is difficult to get everything set up during busy work days. Knowing that she was able to help us with that took off an additional level of stress!

"From the first time we met Sara she made us feel comfortable and at ease about our first time buying a home. She listened to our wants and needs and helped us figure out what those actually were. She was so attentive and quick to respond to our questions and concerns as we were clueless. When we decided to list the home she helped us buy to relocate, we were confident and knew Sara was the best one for the job because she was there every step of the way when we built it. We decided to relocate closer to family very abruptly and she worked with us to get our home listed within a couple days of us contacting her and had our first open house the very same weekend. Talk about timely and making us feel like we were her top priority. She helped us price our home competitively to help us move it quickly, yet at a price we were comfortable with so we could walk away with some equity. It sold within a week for full asking price and the negotiations couldn’t have gone any smoother.
