"Sarkis went above and beyond for my husband and I. He was with us right from start to finish giving us tips and ideas, advice on what our home may or may not need to sell quickly. We also used him to purchase our new forever home and trust me when i say we made him work hard but he was always understanding and available when ever we needed him to book a viewing. "We recently sold our house (in TWO days!) and purchased our new one with Sarkis. He got us top dollar for the house we sold and a good price for the house we purchased. We would definitely recommend him! One of the things we really appreciated was that he has connections to anything/anyone you need. We were able to use his cleaning lady, his contractor, his house inspector, his lawyer and his house stager. We didn't have to waste time trying to find people, Sarkis was able to arrange it all for us inexpensively. Another thing we liked is that his response times are QUICK. We would text him and minutes later I would have a response. He definitely goes above and beyond to help. He helped us move furniture, take measurements of our new house, offered baby clothes, bought our dog treats, etc. Overall he is a nice guy who really cares about his clients. Thanks again Sarkis!"
