"I have previously worked with Sharon Benson and know her integrity and knowledge are exceptional.
I cannot say enough good things about Sharon. This was an investment property for me and my partners. She was influential in negotiating a good price with the sellers and negotiating with the bank to meet all closing requirements (which were onerous). She arranged contractors and inspectors and kept us on track to close on time.
As long as Sharon Benson remains in business she is the only person we are going to trust with a house purchase."

"I would highly recommend Sharon Benson for several reasons - she knows the area, she knows her business and the amount we listed my condo for was spot on. She had to be creative with the comps since my place was a bit different than the other units, and she did a fantastic job assessing and recommending.
I liked Sharon also because she is a real person - she is down to earth and practical, and she listens to what someone wants/needs. I really appreciated her attention to detail and calm demeanor, which really helps frazzled buyers and sellers. Overall, my experience with her was top-notch!"

"Sharon Benson handled a very difficult negotiation to sell my brothers house. My brother had moved to Denver because of health issues and I was left in Washington to negotiate the sale of his house. We had renters in the house that will willing to buy the house. However, the renters had difficulty in fulfilling the expectation of buying the house. Eventually,after almost a year, they were able to complete this obligation. Sharon Benson kept me going through this long and difficult process. I could not thank her enough. You cannot ask for a better prepared, professional, and understanding person to handle your real estate needs."
