"Sheri is very pro-active in her selling approach. The sales sign was delivered the very next day. Her excellent video crew showed up within the first few days. My house was for sale on the internet by the end of the first week.
I first called another agency. My property was one of those unique properties -- a turn-of-the-century home with charm but lots of needs. The other agent dropped off information and then did not call again. Sheri Salley arrived and talked to me like I was an old friend. The challenge of selling my property did not seem to shake her. Then she named an approximate value to my home that was spot on with what I was thinking about asking. She may be the "Mary Poppins" of the real estate community.
Sheri herself is very nice, but her assistants are also extremely likable. I am guessing that while she was in school, she went home with a lot of "best personality" awards.
The results speak for themselves. I had seven viewings in one day! The advertising was amazing.
Sheri Salley is (to put it in a teenager's terminology) AWESOME!"
