"Stephen did a phenomenal job from start to end. We initially engaged with another agent to sell the townhouse. After two voided contracts and being on the market for about 30 days, we ended the agreement with the other agent and asked Stephen if he was willing to help us sell the property. Without hesitation, Stephen said yes and made an appointment the same day to do a walk-through of the property. Stephen made thoughtful suggestions as to ways we could improve the property before going back to market. While we were making repairs getting the property ready to relist, whenever we hit a bump in the road, Stephen was there and offered up solutions and suggestions that kept us on track. When needed, Stephen was able to recommend contractors who could assist. The contractors he recommended did quality work and were reasonably priced. Stephen did an outstanding job helping us keep on track in getting the townhouse brought to market on the timeline we established at the beginning of the process.
Stephen's effort and attention to detail paid off- he had multiple offers for us the day after the property went active. He demonstrated his strong negotiating skills and brought us a contract that was better than we thought was possible. Stephen continued to devote time and attention to the sale after the contract was ratified and aided in getting the deal closely 8 days sooner than expected.
Stephen went above and beyond our expectations. He was realistic, professional, and had a great attitude the whole time. He is truly a unique agent and we are thrilled we had the opportunity to work with him on this transaction."

"Thank you so much, Stephen! When we found out we had to move in less than a month and a half Stephen reassured us that it wouldn't be a problem. He took care of everything! He had everything prepped and ready to go, with tons of "Coming Soon!" advertising including on-line marketing and a sign in the yard which generated lots of interest. We had 3 offers within the first 2 days of the home going on the market. The scheduled open house never had to take place because we accepted an offer immediately!
Stephen kept us informed every step of the way! He let us know our options and steered us in the right direction, keeping us ahead of the game for inspections and paperwork. All of his hard work and diligence allowed for us to close on the home in less than 30 days! We didn't even have to pay another house payment!!
Stephen facilitated everything from start to finish, with us being out of state. It was the most stress free process we have ever gone through! No doubt he saved us time, money and headaches.

Steve found properties for viewing, took time during the weekends to visit countless homes, asked all the tough questions and very knowledgeable of the area. He see's value, while being honest and open about all homes - pros and cons.
