"My father has been a real estate investor for decades, and Sukh has worked with him the entire time - he would never think of using anyone else. Based on his recommendation, I met with Sukh when I was responsible for selling my mother's property after her death.
Sukh was immediately responsive, and when I met with her, she was informed about the local market, offered targeted advice that was specific to my goals, and proposed a comprehensive marketing strategy (to be executed at her expense).
It took us about 2 weeks to clean out the house and complete the targeted modifications that Sukh recommended to maximize the appeal of the home; thanks to her experience, she had very good advice about which changes were likely to make a difference in the eyes of buyers, and which would not be worth the time/money. During that time, she herself was instrumental in the process of preparing the house for market, including arranging for staging, contracting for professional photography, and creating pre-opening marketing buzz.
When the house went on the market, we had our first offer 2 days later, a second offer the following day, and a third offer the day after that; the ensuing bidding war resulted in a sale price that was $10k higher than the list price (and significantly higher then the Zillow estimated market value).
We closed the sale 6 weeks later, with no problems.
Because of Sukh's experienced guidance and active involvement, this process was fast, easy, and successful. She is the best in the business."

"Several factors in her selection: Personally recommended by another much-loved Broker who has moved away, and with whom I had worked before. Also, Sukh helped my brother sell his house in MARYLAND, wow! She had to drive a LONG way back and forth to do this. Finally, I just liked her, having met her in the old office when I was visiting my friend (who moved away.) Note: This transaction was a RENTAL. She found tenants for my rental home.
She is the consummate professional. I thought I could find tenants myself. After about 3 months I hired Sukh. She showed me I was asking too much (comps). Once we lowered the price, she received numerous calls on the property and it rented in less than two weeks. If I checked my notes, I could tell you how many DAYS it took. She created beautiful fliers, the yard sign was VERY classy, she set up a lock-box, she made small suggestions (paint this, move that) which I followed. That is not an easy thing to do, make suggestions, but she did it in a VERY nice way and I did not feel she was criticizing me at all. That is called "diplomacy.""

"Our large House was very difficult to sell. It met the needs of a very large families or those looking for a resident, with a rental unit. Sukh tried to market to as large an ethnic and large families with a rental income in mind as possible. Eventually, we had an offer. We agreed to sell at the offered price.
Sukh was our agent when we originally bought the House. We had recommended Sukh to several friends, and they had good experience with Sukh. We did not look for other brokers, when we decided to sell our house. Sukh was our first choice, and she came through for us. We will continue to recommend her to our friends. We relied on her to find our Condo. We bought the Condo through her. We got a very good deal.
