"Sue is a family friend. We have purchased a house from her and now sold a house with her. My wife and I trust her advice and guidance.
Sue came to my office or our home to get signatures from my wife and I. It was convenient and was a minimal distraction from my work. Sue overcommunicated on everything....no surprises. We appreciated her guiding us through the process to buy and sell a home. It has been 20 years since the last time we bought/sold a home.
I have nothing but excellent comments on Sue. Whenever I text her a question - I had an answer in 2 minutes - even on weekends. She was very attentive during the whole process.
