"Susan paid attention to what both my wife and I were asking for. She did not weigh one over the other, she is a very good listener and we would use her again.
As usual we are all over the place on communications, time of day and place. We really appreciated always getting at least a text back immediately. We are probably more demanding than we should be, but Susan was great.
