"Tammy was very helpful, compassionate and understanding in our situation, as this was our mother's house we had to sell when she could no longer care for herself. The house was not in great shape, but it sold quickly "as is". "We were blessed to be referred to Tammy Kmitta by a neighbor who had just had experience with her. We were sold before we met her, and she exceeded our expectations many times over. Her honest advice, and willingness to help out of state sellers in a difficult situation, is beyond appreciated. Our sale had to be the most complicated frustrating one she had ever dealt with and she certainly didn’t earn enough. Out of state sellers with a trust and POA, two buyers in different states and change of bank in the middle of it. "Tammy did not seem to want to unload the house with some investor. She seemed to understand our needs and requirements, as well as wants as far as selling our Mom's home. Her thoughts on the value of Mom's home and the condition of it were pretty accurate and she had experience. She seemed to have a passion or drive to help us sell the house. Tammy was honest but not negative. She did not start out by telling us we needed to do this that and so on if we really wanted to sell the house. She was not pushy.
Tammy was helpful in all aspects. Having never purchased or sold a home in this manner, my sister and I had many questions that accompanied our lack of knowledge. She took the time to talk with both of us and help us understand and figure out what would possibly be best. She did not waste time. Carly was awesome with the photography and I enjoyed working with both of them that day. Ron Gerstbauer was nice and personable. I would have liked to have been able to have helped his cleints, but it apparently was not meant to be.
Tammy was excellent, personable, professional, helpful, supportive, honest, positive. She is great!
