Hello! I'm Theresa, but you can call me T. I’m from Denver, I graduated from CU Boulder with degrees in Economics and Business before catching the travel bug. My adventures took me around the globe as a University English (TESOL) teacher, living in fascinating places like South Korea, South Africa, and Oman.

After years of teaching and rock climbing around the world, I returned to beautiful Colorado with a mission: to buy a home and establish roots. My journey led me to roles as Director of Operations at a climbing company, remodel project manager, and portfolio manager for real estate investors. Most recently, I ventured into house hacking, adding Airbnb short-term rental expertise to my extensive skill set.

With years of diverse experience in the real estate industry, I'm uniquely positioned to help you achieve your real estate dreams.
