I have been a Realtor since 1977 starting in Ohio and now in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. My experience includes a term as Chairman of the Akron Area Board of Realtors Commercial and Industrial Committee, as an Ohio mortgage broker and as a lifetime real estate investor.
I have developed land, built houses, owned and operated an extended stay motel, owned and operated large apartment projects, and bought, rehabbed and then rented or sold many single-family homes.
Through the years I have logged hundreds of hours of real estate specific classes and picked up real estate designations as a short sale specialist (SFR) and as an expert in the use of the internet (ePRO).
I joined the Century21 Beggins Enterprises powerhouse because it provides the best possible tools for marketing your current home or for finding you a new one in the shortest possible time with the fewest possible problems.
When you or someone you know is interested in exploring any real estate related activity, call, text or email me and let's get started!
