"We had a very unique property to sell, being it’s a gentleman’s farm with multiple out buildings, In-Law and pool. Vicky Dimino Priced and marketed the property seamlessly hitting all of the most important features and opening up peoples minds to think about using the property in various ways. She was always on property handling all of the showings herself. Also, taking all of the special precautions due to Covid. We never had to be concerned about who was in and around our property because she was always there. This was very comforting to us in this precarious time.
One of the most impressive attributes of Vicky is her even temperament. She always knew (I feel instinctively) how to set just the right tone in conversation and to address any worries we may have had during this sometimes stressful process. Also, she was very prompt getting back to us. Even if it was just a quick text saying she was tied up and would speak in length to us ASAP."
