"Since I live in Idaho, it was critical to have a Realtor that could work with me, and with contractors locally.
Warren bent over backwards to help me get the property cleaned up and prepared for the sale. In fact, I've never worked with a Realtor that PERSONALLY took ownership in getting things done at the house, meeting and negotiating a fair price with contractors, and then making regular inspections and follow-up as that work progressed!
For all intents and purposes, Warren acted as my General Contractor to get the job done. I seriously doubt there are any other Realtors in the area that work go to that extent for their client!
Warren was not afraid to pitch in and even do some work himself. There were several instances where Warren met my brother and I at the house to get work done, and to help with the clean up.
I cannot emphasize strongly enough how committed and dedicated Warren was to helping me as the seller, and getting the job done. I would be very happy to refer others to Warren, and provide further testimonials on my experience with him!"

Warren helped me and my elderly father sell his La Mirada residence; a matter complicated by the fact that the house was vacant and I live in another state. Warren coordinate a wide variety of contractors during the sale preparation phase, kept an eye on property and communicated regularly to me, kept me informed about the market with updated comparables, provided excellent recommendations during the offer and sale period, met with inspectors, appraisers, and did a variety of things that I personally could not do myself living 1000 miles away.
