"Wow! Arron Wagner is an amazing Agent. He was pretty much spot-on when it came to the selling price. He went the extra mile keeping us informed all along the way throughout the rehab of our investment home prior to it's sale. He informed us about market trends for finishes, ie: painting, flooring, yard care, etc., etc., throughout the entire sale. We really appreciated his attention to detail, knowledge of the market, and we especially appreciated his honesty and integrity. Doing the right thing is so important to us, as our business name, his name as a agent, and that of Home Real Estate are on the line as all being important. Arron took whatever time was necessary along the way to ensure we were comfortable and pointing what we could do to ensure we were ready for the listing. We could go on for days about what Arron did to ensure our home sold as fast as it did. Arron, in our minds, is in our "Agent Hall of Fame." We look to Arron first and foremost as both our buyer and selling Agent!
I can tell you this, we both would agree (Tanya and I Bradley Rhodes, owning BTR Property Solutions, LLC) and my a being a retired military officer, that Arron has impressed us both from the start! Arron has the competencies that we look for in a Real Estate Agent. Arron steps in and leads us from start to finish. His is approachable, respectful, honest, is there when we have questions, makes true to the market recommendations, and is a true professional. I don't know where you found him, but you're very lucky to have as were we,
Arron explained everything. He provided us with the seller's expectations/closing estimates that were spot-on. We ended up staging the home with some furnishing rented from Rent-to-Own which was not only more economical, but cost saving as well. He had pictures taken for online and for flyers. Arron was on site during the buyers whole house inspection and provided follow-up, which resulted in our being able to make any repair buyer's requests even faster. As we've been through closings before, Arron didn't have to hold our hands, but did fill in with any updates and answered questions that we had making it oh-so smooth and comfortable. Arron's yard sign was so appealing - his picture on the sign appears so friendly. We are completely happy with the sales result - a quick sale just means that we can move to the next purchase and sale. Everything went just as we expected with an Agent of Arron's caliber.
We think we've said enough. We will only use Arron Wagner for any purchases and or sales. When one's found the best, why would one make a change?"

"Aaron Wagner advised us immediately that he was a Home Agent when he walked through the house we were selling FSBO, indicating that he wasn't a potential buyer. He was positive and upbeat and provided some feedback about the house that was helpful at the time. He left his card and a positive impression. When we decided to call an agent to list the house, we called Aaron.
Aaron was a good communicator and would call to give feedback after open houses, both positive and not so positive. He continually offered suggestions regarding improvements that could be made to the home, but wasn't pushy or demanding. He took into consideration our specific situation and made comments accordingly.
