"Ashley Boals knows Houghton Lake properties. She is quiet in the beginning but an incredible listener. She said what house she knew I’d want by our second house hunting trip. Yet, she took the time to let me look at properties she knew I wouldn’t like but had to figure out myself. And when I was getting tired and frustrated, she gently kept me from “just settling”.
