"When we started the process of buying our first home I expected the experience to be stressful and overwhelming because that’s what I’ve heard from others it would be like. That was the complete opposite of our experience. It was so smooth and Diane was wonderful when it came to every step of buying our home. Not only did she reach out to us consistently but when we had a question she had the answer. (the possible few times she didn’t she would ask and get right back to us)
Another important part for us was that she was great with our kids which helped tremendously. Our son still asks about Diane all the time.

My property was on the market for less than a week when potential buyers started looking. In less than two weeks, we had an offer on the table and back ups coming in.
Everything went very smoothly with the transaction.
Diane even went with me to inspect my daughters house in Tacoma, which I'd like to add, is not listed through her company. Not by our choice. (That listing was out of our control or we would have used Diane for sure. She gets the job done and gets it into escrow. I wish my ex son-in-law would have gone to her)
