"I would first like to say that I have known Jodi for years. When my wife and I decided to look for a new house my first thought was to ask Jodi to be our realtor. She quickly said yes, and we discussed what my wife and I were looking for in our new home: land size, location, house size, style of home, and amenities. My wife and I were very excited and started to proactively look in the area for a home that was exactly what we wanted.
Once we found a few possibilities we told Jodi about them and she quickly set up appointments for us to view all of the homes in a single day, back-to-back, which was very convenient for our busy schedules! It was crazy but the first day we found our perfect home. In less than an hour of discussing Jodi we had put together a plan for the negotiation process on the home. The negotiations went as smoothly as we had hoped and from that point Jodi took over. She set up all of our inspections and was there during them so that we did not have to take time off work for them.
Once the home was ready we just had to wait for surveys, title work, and the like to be done. It did take a bit longer than we had hoped to close, but that was nothing to do with Jodi. She stayed in contact with both my wife and I through phone calls and texts to let us know what was going on, on a daily basis. She subtly nudged the process forward and helped smooth over a few bumps from the companies we were working with. I am proud to say that my wife and I now have our dream home!
Now starts the process of selling our old home, which we will gladly do with Jodi as our realtor. I simply cannot recommend Jodi enough. She gave the personal quality customer service that made a out of the normal course of buying a home easy for us."

"We entered sales negotiations with Jodi with utmost confidence. Then COVID canceled all the things and we worried no one would want to buy a house. Well: We put the house on the market in the early months of 2020, and we had a contract in late April! The one open house was record setting. We had a sales price in mind, and in fact we closed at the highest $/sf for a newer home in our neighborhood I, during a pandemic. Nothing short of amazing. When we had questions about the process, procedures, what to do when, paint/carpet/etc., Jodi was there with answers and resources and data. "Was a bit disappointed that we didn't sell the property for a bit more, but seller market conditions had eroded somewhat compared to the last couple of years. And abundance of inventory and seemingly less demand. But, was overall very pleased that we got a sell and just before the end of pique seasonal selling in this particular college dependent market. "I made several calls to brokers when we began to look for investment property. Jodi Warner was the first to respond and did an excellent job from day one.(The second broker to respond was 12 hours later.) She interviewed us, discussed our needs/desires and frankly told us the property we called her about was not the best option for us. She then directed us to the property we ultimately purchased and we are very pleased with it. She was excellent at every level.
Jodi stayed abreast of the transaction at all points. She maintained good contact and is the consummate professional. She was quick to inform us of needs, checked to be sure we knew what was going on at all points. We could not be happier.Jodi was punctual and efficient. We came to trust her penchant for detail early and her commitment to us as clients. We knew when the closing date came all would be in order down to the most minor of details and we were not disappointed.
