"LaTosha was an absolute DREAM to work with! Buying a home is stressful anyway, and we were buying from out of state (in a different time zone!), during the pandemic. From our first call, she made us feel comfortable, confident, and excited about the process -- her enthusiasm for every part of the home buying process is truly contagious. She scheduled SO MANY virtual tours for us, worked with our wonky schedule, and really took the time to understand what was important to us so she could be our eyes and ears in homes and the surrounding neighborhoods. Logistically, she put together offers for us quickly and accurately, making sure we always knew what could make our offers more competitive in the hot market. At the same time, we felt comfortable having frank conversations around our comfort levels with certain decisions, and felt respected and supported setting boundaries around protecting ourselves financially while making offers. While we didn't get several of the first homes we put offers on, LaTosha always validated our disappointment, and bounced back quickly and was eager to send us new options for the week -- her upbeat and optimistic attitude really carried us through. When we did have an offer accepted, LaTosha was great with getting everything to the finish line in a very timely manner. Throughout the whole process, we felt like we were her only clients -- so valued and prioritized. She has a booming business AND still finds time to volunteer and give back to her community AND nurture her beautiful family -- all with the biggest grin on her face. She is all-around one of the best, most amazing people we've ever met -- and she is 1000% someone you want on your team while going through the home-buying process!!"

"A friend recently bought a house with LaTosha Thomas as their agent, and had nothing but great things to say about working with her. When I was ready to start looking, I met with her and felt like we instantly connected. LaTosha immediately understood me and what I was looking for. The call went so well, I couldn't imagine working with anyone but her.
Throughout the entire process, LaTosha has been amazing. As a first time homebuyer, I had a TON of questions during the offer process and she was always extremely patient. She took the time to answer every single question and to make sure I felt confident with the process. Additionally, during the home tour, she made sure to check things I would never think to look for and knew all the right questions to ask during the inspection to make sure everything was up to par.
LaTosha's knowledge of the market was also invaluable. She gave amazing advice throughout, and I ended up getting the first house I put an offer on, which is extremely uncommon with how competitive the market is.
I can't imagine having had anyone else by my side throughout this journey. LaTosha made the process as stress free and smooth as possible, and I had a wonderful experience with her. "We wanted to find a Black realtor in Tacoma and first found an article or interview online with Dave Jones. We then looked at agents within Windemere Abode and contacted LaTosha! She was amazing from the start and had great energy.
LaTosha was extremely helpful, informative and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. As first time homebuyers, she took the time to answer ALL of our questions every step of the way (and we had many). She was always available via phone or text and gained our trust from the very beginning by being attentive, calm, knowledgeable and always so friendly.
LaTosha is THE best!!! From the beginning she was professional and caring by asking about my pronouns (because I’m non binary) which means a lot as most people don’t take the time to get to know you or really have the understanding to ask. She was professional, courteous and so helpful during the entire process - especially since we were not even living in the area yet - she did many virtual walk throughs, in person house visits and many phone calls for us that were all really appreciated.
LaTosha made this entire process seem so easy! We had no idea how to even go about buying a home (remotely) and contacting her as our first step was priceless. We are so thankful we found her and have already started recommending her to friends in the area!"
