"Betsy guided me through the whole process, starting before I had even made the decision to sell. She guided me on when was the optimum time to sell. She referred me to numerous contractors to take care of painting, septic inspection, etc. They were all extremely responsive because Betsy had referred me. Additionally, at the end, Betsy directly got someone to do last minute touch up painting; and a smoke alarm fix after I failed my initial inspection. That also included getting the fire inspector back off cycle to complete the inspection.
Betsy's knowledge of the local market, contractors and officials proved invaluable. She was also calm and reassuring throughout the process; and responsive to all my questions.
It was a very successful sale, when I didn't really know what I was doing."
