"We wanted to sell our house in Concord in the spring of 2025 and realized that we were a bit late in contacting a realtor. We chose Betsy Keane Dorr because of her local knowledge of Concord, and she sells many homes in the area. Betsy did a great job in helping us get our house ready to sell in a short time-frame. She made good suggestions on interior decor updates that would help our house show well. Although Betsy had several active listings at the time, she made the extra effort to get our house on the market a few weeks ahead of our initial plans, which worked out quite well. The open house weekend was very sucessful, as over 20 potential buyers came to see the house. We had multiple offers, all of them over asking price, and we were under agreement in less than a week.
