Out of necessity, I had to prepare and sell the home very quickly which Beth rolled up her sleeves and helped us tackle it head on. She had connections with local contractors and handymen to assist in some projects and helped us identify what was important to address before selling. She helped us stage it utilizing furniture we had then brought in a professional photographer out of her commission which really helped market the home, especially since they timed it around a twighlight shoot that made the phots and video pop. We received a full price offer right at the cusp of two weeks.
Some will love this, but the only slight annouance was the overcommunication from Beth's side. Daily check ins during the prep stage, regular visits to gauge readiness to sell. Some of it felt unnecessary but overall we were shooting for the same goal so I did greatly appreciate the effort given."
