"Janice Lundy worked very hard to make sure the sale went through with minimal surprises and disruptions of our schedules. She was informative and always pleasant, good spirited and constantly in touch to keep us informed of what to anticipate and what needed to be done. Her knowledge of the area was an asset in that my property was hard to compare to other properties, which I had problems with when I refinanced in 2010. At that time I needed 3 property assesments before the banks were satisfied with before the refinance was accepted. Her assessmen was within $10,000 of the assesed value which allowed the buyer to pursue the purchase without any negotiation with his lender. There are many more positive anecdotes that I could bring up if a more detailed recomendation is needed.
I would recommend Janice without question to anyone needing a knowledgeabale, honest and personable agent. My wife and I both recommended her to our daughter who plans to sell her house in the near future."
