"I cannot say enough good things about Dorothy! My husband and I were shopping for our first home, and she made the process fun and exciting. She is so positive and forthright, and she prepared us for every outcome. When we were interested in an open house, she insisted on taking us for a private viewing, which made everything feel so much more personal. The first listing proved to be very competitive, but she explained to us all of the ways we could make an offer that we were confident with so we would know that we gave it our best effort. When we decided the second listing we saw was too high of a pricepoint to put an offer in for, Dorothy was very respectful of our decision.
