"There are so many things I liked about working with Mayra. From the first conversation I could tell that she was sincerely interested in me and what I hoped to find in a home. Then she followed up with an email that reviewed the details of our conversation. And that was something I loved, a good communicator and her attention to detail! She found quite a few homes that fit my criteria and was flexible with my schedule. When we looked at places she let me stay as long as I wanted or leave as quickly as I wanted, no pressure either way. And if I had a question at a viewing she called the seller's agent right away to get an answer! I loved how she advocated for me and always got me an answer. And when it came to the condo that I eventually bought, Mayra made the process understandable and run so smoothly, it was incredibly easy. That last one is a deal breaker for me and Ms. Lagasca kept me informed about her availablity and reached out often to touch base and check in. "Callie was an incredibly supportive partner and advocate for my husband and I in the process of buying our first home. She always had an answer to our numerous questions, and she was available whenever we needed her.
