"As a first time home buyers, I know we came into house hunting with some pretty high expectations (maybe myself more than my partner). Jason Carrier started working with me, indivually, a couple years back & I am sure with my expectations and budget, it probably felt like a wild goose chase. "I reached out to Sara Gimberline on, I believe a Sunday and she answered her phone. I was a out of town buyer and she set up several homes for me to look at in one trip and was very efficient in the showing schedule. She explained the local property tax and assessment structure which was different from other cities I have been in. She was willing to do video walkthroughs so I didn't need to make more trips than necessary.
Overall a very good experience with her and I will use her again in the future."
