"I can't fit everything she did into this space. Kate was available to me literally 24hrs a day. She showed me close to 20 homes in two days while I was in town from Seattle. While I was back in Seattle she was personally responsible for making sure every single aspect of closing on that house on time was met. She provided me with lists of every inspector. She arranged for and met with each inspector for access to the house and ensured that they met every requirement. She ensured that everyone involved completed their tasks on time and that all documents were sent to me on time and explained to me. When I arrived back in Jacksonville to close on the house, everything went as planned and on time and we closed on the house without a hitch. I cannot put into this small post how much work she put into this purchase. I am a construction project manager and I would not buy or sell a house without her.
