"Deborah Rice is a 'gem'. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. She's been my support for 'everything rentals', since 2019. Deborah Rice has helped find great tenants from the very first time the apartments were rented.
One of the most signficant results to her acceptional rental process is that 'not once', not even through COVID, has a tenant not payed the rent. Debroah is my support always. I just raised the rents on the 2 apartments and I struggled doing it. I didn't want to, but I had to. Deborah talked with me, helped me understand the need and she qualified my rental increase amount and market value of the apartments.
Deborah is my 'rock'. This was the 1st time I've ever raised anyones rent. She shared a letter with me and I wrote to the tenants, informed them of the increase. I was nervous. I didn't want anyone to leave. The tenants accepeted the increase with no issue. They actually thanked me for being a great landlord. I'm so Grateful!!! Thank you Deborah Rice."
