"Cindy Berg had sent out a postcard to our neighborhood looking for someone wanting to sell their one story home. She was trying to find a new home for her client who lived in the same neighborhood in a 2 story home that wanted to downsize. We were planning to put our one story home on the market soon so I contacted her. Cindy had already done lots of searching the area for homes for this client and knew the area well. Her client viewed our home twice, but in the end she selected another home. Cindy, however, was so helpful, kind and knew the market well, I figured she'd be a great agent for my husband and I. We decided pretty quickly to get the home on the market once we were sure of our move based on a new job situation out of state. The open house was set up the night before and Cindy had plenty of interested parties who came. I believe we had five offers in five days. With multiple offers, Cindy was able to negotiate a selling price well over asking price."
