"Carol August is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made recommendations necessary to improve the house for sale but nothing overboard. She worked with me on every aspect of selling the townhouse and made an imposing task much less stressful. Carol patiently went through all of the processes and steps necessary to get the house sold. She had great recommendations for contractors including painters, carpet cleaners, handymen, and the lawyer. I don't know where she gets the patience but she is always accessible, always kind and friendly, and always upbeat.
I moved to Idaho during this process and Carol went above and beyond to check on the house, handle a million showings, take care of the unexpected, and keep me well informed. There were no surprises regarding the various costs or timing. I am extremely impressed with Carol and would highly recommend her!"
