"Every experience with Joseph Washick has always be pleasant. Joseph has a very unique personality, always patient, and friendly!
For my most recent purchase we were indecisive on the type of property we wanted and area. None the less Joseph continued to show us property and advising accordingly to what our needs were not according to the purchase price.
One thing that's different about Joe is he's not a sales person he genuinely has his client's best interest at heart.
