"Kristin Baun is wonderful. She went above and beyond for us. Moving from FL to PA involved many phone calls. We needed a short term rental while our new home was being completed. Kristin went to different rentals and found one that matched our needs. After moving here we finally got to meet her and knew we were in good hands. Kristen kept us up to date on decisions regarding our new home, such as when to choose paint colors, flooring, appliances, etc. As with most things when building, there are glitches and miscommunication at times. Kristin kept us informed about these things and would get them straightened out quickly. She was always prompt in getting back to us with any questions or concerns we had.
