"We started working with Adele Suddes in January of 2022 with a goal of purchasing a future home in Fernandina Beach within 2-3 years. Adele understood our goal and was very accommodating during the next 3 years.

"Adele was everything you could ask for in a real estate agent. She was knowledgeable about the market and confident, without being cocky. I thought the listing price was aggressive, however, we had an offer by the end of the first week.
