"We met Jon at a residence where we were supposed to meet another agent given by an internet website. Our agent didn't show, and Jon was there getting ready for one of his clients that hadn't shown yet. Not only did he handle meeting us and introducing himself and share his contact info, he did not detract from the experience that his other client deserved. Later that evening Jon called me back to discuss what we were looking for in a home and took the time to drive out to meet with me and my wife at our home to really understand what we were trying to accomplish. He was able to accurately, and very quickly and transparently, deliver on every promise and provide very useful insight into the entire process giving our family a much appreciated ease to both buy and sell while having rather full schedules.
