"Our property had been listed with another company for 6 months until the listing expired. I took it off the market for 2 months and looked at literature etc from various agents. As soon as I read Lisa's email and credentials I contacted her. We met with her and even though it was hard too swallow, we price the house at current levels and it essentially sold on the second showing.
