"From the first meeting with Brent we knew he was the person to sell our house. He walked us through the process, explained what he would do for us and helped us set a selling price. He knew the current market and prepared us for what to expect. He communicated with us letting us know of any issues that arrose out of the showings and if needed corrected. He even suggested a "pop-up" open house one weekend when there was a listed Open House in our neighborhood. It was very successful. All in all Brent was with us all the way.
