"Jim was absolutely fantastic. We were nervous about selling. The house was a very unique property in a somewhat rural area. We were also trying to close on our new home, so it was all overwhelming.
Jim priced the property appropriately and fingers were crossed. Within 24 hours we had a showing and within 48 hours we had multiple offers! Within the week we selected the best bid and we were completely satisfied with the offer!

"Let me start by saying that working with George was a relieving experience, especially when both buying and selling a home in tandem. My previous experiance with buying a home was less than desirable, so I had quite a bit of unease going into this process again.
