"It was random luck that I met Lucy, she was showing the Condo next door to where I lived. I decided to pop in there and take a look and I signed on to her welcome list. I began getting emails from available properties and information on the possibility of buying. She then introduced me to Greg on the loan side and I really had some time to analyze what buying would look like in my life and then the race was on. Lucy met with me and understood my needs and began to recommend places to look at, open houses etc. She showed me probably 10 places and two I was interested in, one even placing a bid. That first bid didn't go through as someone went higher than I was comfortable with, but it made me confident. The second bid - we got the house! We have moved in. My daughter loves the pool.
