"We were faced with the challenge of a forced relocation from an employer. We were offered the services of Helen Adams Realty and began working with Jackie. It's hard to put 100% trust into a relationship with a realtor 2800mi away, whom we had never met, who should show us homes in areas we hadnt been to. Jackie was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and most importantly, listened to every need we had. As we narrowed down our search, she showed us multiple houses in the area via video call, patiently working out technical glitches that came with that. She showed us homes multiple times to work around our schedule, when many realtors would expect you to work around theirs. She treated us not only like clients, but made us feel like her ONLY clients. Actually, she treated us like family rather than clients - pretty impressive for someone who hadn't met us. "Rachel is extremely knowledgable and a go-getter. I first spoke to her on the phone one Thursday to discuss possible listing of my home.
