"It was great to work with Erika during the home buying process. From the home search process to obtaining the keys to our home, it was a stress-free and super pleasant experience because of Erika--it was all done through long distance communication (Hawaii)!
(1) Erika visited 3 final properties during the home selection process and it was all through video calls; because of her experience, she helped me decide which house was best via (a) location, (b) current condition and age of property, and (c) price or value of property investment. I'm very pleased with the property purchase because Erika provided guidance.

"Jennifer works very hard. I'm not sure how she does it, but I always throw a wrench into things (not intentionally), but she works through it. On this particular purchase, we had an easement that made us question things. She worked with the owners and the county to remove the easement before closing. Class act professional move."
