"First met Dave at an open house. My sister who recently purchased down the street. She asked if we would view the property and maybe be her neighbors.
Dave was very congenial and easy to work with. He explained what he knew of the property and owner, also what renovations were done. The wife and I liked the property as she was after me to get back to the country as we lived away from hhe city for 35 years plus. We gave Dave an offer to present and Dave followed through and kept us informed right up to possession."
