Hugely impressed with the professional photoshoot for the listing complete with hi def video walkthrough, drone shot of the property and surrounding lot, and accompanying music to the video.
Also, I never knew a 14 day virtual closing was even possible until this sale!
Simply knowing that Matt has elevated the professional real estate practices on Guam, forcing other companies and banks to educate themselves and evolve their antiquated ways - end state would be that the island’s customer experience would ultimately benefit from Matt’s expertise, no matter the company.
Writing a review based on my investment experience with Matt as he and his MRG Team just wrapped up a sale on a fully-occupied apartment complex in 14 DAYS to off-island investors!
Matt presented me with a partner opportunity last summer that made great sense to get in on. On the day of signing, he set plans for his construction team of electricians, window installers, landscapers, and painters to work in parallel and fit a tight timeline - dramatically upgrading the complex and its surrounding areas. Within weeks the complex was fully occupied and positively cash flowing - within months purchase offers came in.
As a remote investor for this deal, he was very easy to reach. He over-communicates, taking the time in the day to share photos and status updates on the daily progress with his investors, always planning 2, 3, 4 steps ahead (seems that way, anyway!)
Overall extremely happy with working with Matt and the MRG Team. His active military, veteran, and local network is expansive, his reach is boundless. No matter what your real estate goals may be – home purchase, lease, investments, property management, or even RE education - I can’t recommend Matt Strickland and his solid team enough!!"

"Matt was an absolute professional when working on the purchase of our property. He set up the introductory FaceTime call, detailed his background and experience in the real estate space, answered any and all questions that I had (this was my first multi unit purchase), scheduled regular calls/texts/emails to keep me looped in on the acquisition process, and made himself available when I had issues of concern.
Any amount of money is a lot when investing in something you are not educated on, so I am appreciative of his time dedicated to addressing my concerns.
He is incredibly knowledgeable on all things VA and takes special care with his military families. His MRG team is spot on! "I started in may looking for a place to stay under section 8. I happened to be placed with ms.miku. I believe this was her first time dealing with section 8 and let me tell you she did her work. From finding a place within my budget, to the village I prefer, down to the location, She made it possible for me to be renting. She stayed from the beginning to the very end.
