"My partner and I were nervous about buying a house as we had never owned, only rented for the last 15 years. We were recommended Rick by a friend and decided to just dive in and meet with him. He was so polite, patient, and kind and helped ease our worries with all types of information as well as referring us to amazing resources like a mortgage company who were super nice and helpful as well. He stayed late and arrived early and would even drive 30 minutes to meet with inspectors at the home we were interested in so that we wouldn't have to take a day off from work. I never felt so appreciated as a homebuyer and taken care of as he'd go to war for us with negotiations. He even was able to figure out how to help fix problems that WE caused on closing day, because he's basically just that good at his job. Would recommend to anyone needing a house in Fort Wayne to go with Rick!"
