"I had worked with John Kynor about 20 years ago to sell my own home. This time he helped me sell my parent's estate which had been in the family for 50 years. The property was unique in that it was almost 4 acres, had horse facilities, and a very run down, out-dated home that would need to be remodelled by any eventual buyer. Finding comparable properties to determine the appropriate asking price for the property was basically impossible. John Kynor used his expert skills and experience, along with appropriate finacial logic, to come up with the marketing price. We had a motivated neighbor that wanted the property, and who eventually bought the home without the property going on MLS, but I feel good we got a fair price for the property which was a result of John Kynor's analysis of the market. During the buyer's inspection process that lasted almost 60 days, John provided me with great advice which eventually closed the deal."
