He gave us good advice on having a preinspection and what to update that would be cost beneficial. We were helping our 86 year old friend sell his home. "I worked with Grant for our housing search on and off for quite sometime. He never lost patience with me starting and stopping the search. The final time we were fully pre-approved and ready to buy. Grant set us up with emails and kept us posted on new listings as they came up. Of course the house we were looking for came up while Grant was on family vacation, but that did not stop him from getting us set up for a showing an our offer in as quickly as we needed it to be submitted, which was all in a 4 hr window.
