"Greatly enjoyed working with Julianne; her humor, professionalism, and skills are unbeatable. The best way I can sum it up is to tell my favorite story about the process: I was contacted by a title company asking for a photo copy of a check I had mailed weeks prior that wasn't in their system. I sent a text message updating Julianne on this, expecting it to be a headache. In 24 hours, she had copies of the missing check sent to me, the title company, the financing company, and had contacted all of the above to ensure there were no other problems. A problem I had given up on was solved by her in hours. I bought a complicated property with a probate sale, a lender she'd never heard of, and an undecided timeline.
