"We were extremely happy with the services provided by Susan Summers. We had to leave town to attend a family funeral and Susan made sure the property was secure and in the best possible shape during our absence. During the time we were away, Susan went over and above in her duties. Susan's professionalism made the whole process so easy and smooth. Susan held several open houses and advertised our property several times as well as providing potential buyers with written specifics of the property. "We listed our house with Susan after listening to her presentation about how she would list and market our house. We learned during her presentation that she is smart, professional, knowledgeable about the market, and that she has a great track record. Over the course of the next 11 months (That's how long it took to sell our house! However, there were at least 3 other comparable houses in our neighborhood, 2 of which are on our street, that had been listed before ours and are still on the market!), we found out that Susan is a real work horse. Open houses every 2 weeks, updates on every viewing within 24 hours, frequent calls as to market conditions, suggestions as to what we could do to make our house more marketable. After we moved and left the area, Susan became almost a surrogate owner, acting on our behalf (of course, after consulting with us) about repairs, contacting repairmen, etc.
She is a true professional and we would certainly use her again. She is a gem!"
