"Nick was the very first realtor with whom I have worked - the only! I would not have changed anything about my experience with Nick. For me, a first-time buyer making a life-changing decision, I needed somebody who would take the time to explain anything and everything to me. Nick did this and more; he was always happy to go over a point, clause, further details with patience and ken. Furthermore, at the start of my search for properties, Nick would always offer to take me to a prospective property as I did not have my own transportation.

"My situation was a bit unique, and some could consider it a pain to deal with. Beth took time to talk me through the entire situation, and on her own presented to me a plan to market and sell the property to meet not only my financial needs, but also sell the property on an expedited timeline.
Beth and her team simply took care of everything. When I say "they took care of everything", I kept track and including signing closing docs and depositing my check I spent less than 2 hours of my own time on this.
