Originally from Philadelphia, Beth relocated to Florida in the mid-1980s and later spent time in California, where she worked for 12 years as a legal assistant for in-house counsel at Allstate Insurance. That experience sharpened her attention to detail and contract expertise; skills she brings to every real estate transaction.

In the early 2000s, Beth had the unique opportunity to travel across the U.S. and Europe as a production assistant for high-profile artists. During that time, she and her sister also began investing in properties, further strengthening her passion and knowledge of real estate.

Real estate has always been part of Beth’s life. Her father was a builder who often joked about renaming his business “Joseph Palacio & Daughters,” reflecting the family’s deep-rooted connection to the industry.
